These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HermTrade website and educational services provided by Hermes Management Limited (Registration Number 120220043342), located at Plot 22859b Off Lake Road, Ibex Hill, Lusaka, Zambia ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using HermTrade, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@hermtrade.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Courses and Educational Content

• All course content is provided for educational purposes only.
• Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any course content without our express written consent.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time without notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required in full before access to premium course content is granted.
• We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
• Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will be considered, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on HermTrade, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, and course materials, is the property of Hermes Management Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect content from the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hermes Management Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
